House made mix with your choice of either Spicy Tequila, Corn-Basil Tequila or Scotch. The Spicy Tequila is the most popular while the Scotch with a Laphroaig float is our favorite pair.
Bourbon, Campari, and sweet vermouth blend beautifully in this boozy classic predecessor to the Negroni.
A tasty tribute to the great, Burt Reynolds. Bourbon, Cynar, Cherry Herring, ginger syrup and zested with a flamed grapefruit. R.I.P. Bandit!
Believed to have been served to sailors of the Royal British Navy in the mid to late 1800’s to prevent scurvy. We now make this gin cocktail with a house made lime cordial far better than the less superior mass produced cordial.
This delicious libation is a similar take on the Bee’s Knees but with bourbon...a lot more bourbon.
I have seen a few different recipes for the Pimm’s Cup. This is one of the most popular classics across the board that we make here. Pimm’s #1, fresh lemon juice and house-made ginger beer makes the difference in this one.
Light, refreshing and effervescent. This cocktail is one i always recommend for those looking for highballs of tropical juice and a light Liqour. The Rum is beautifully balanced lime juice, a touch of orgeat and ginger syrup and it is all topped off with a splash of soda water.
This is my personal favorite. One of the originals coming from New Orleans with a rye whiskey base, a lil’ absinthe and simple. Tradition calls for a lemon zest, though, I prefer orange—your choice. Nice and boozy.
Our house-made Strawberry-Serrano rum combined with elderflower liqueur, fresh cucumber juice and a touch of Galliano.
The one and only vodka cocktail on the menu...well, it is the one that got this stuff over here. We just add fresh lime juice and house made ginger beer.
This is a cilantro-infused gin (so tasty) with fresh cucumber juice, honey, lemon and one other goody. It’s delicious!
